Alex Imoudu Osikhena
Managing Partner
Alex is the Managing Partner of JSG Capital, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm. He brings strong business management skills with years of experience working across several functions, industries and countries. Prior to JSG Capital, Alex worked as a Consultant with Bain & Company, consulting for leading companies across Africa. He worked across several industries including Consumer Packaged Goods, Mining, Oil & Gas, Financial services and Telecoms. His key focus areas were customer strategy/sales, marketing, business planning, business strategy, re-organization, cost cutting, and project implementation.
Before Bain & Company, he worked in the United States as a Corporate Strategy Manager for the world’s largest independent diesel engine manufacturer, Cummins. Prior to his earlier move to North America, he worked for Procter & Gamble in marketing, managing billion dollar brands across West Africa for several years. Alex has also worked in the public sector, serving as an international consultant to the Ethiopian government, with a focus on its Growth and Transformation plan through its key agency – The Agriculture Transformation Agency.
Alex holds an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University Of Lagos.
