We differ from traditional private equity firms in that we do not have investors seeking unrealistic internal rate of returns that create incentives for short holding periods. JSG’s investors are predisposed to hold assets for the long-term to ensure we build sustainable businesses

Our ideal deal partners are business owners of good growth companies with capital needs or just interested in either minimizing day-to-day responsibilities or exiting the business entirely.
